Travel and check-ins

Dojos at real places and how check-ins are verified.

Dojos

GET /dojos?lat=&lng= lists Dojos sorted by distance from you. Each is a real landmark.

Checking in

POST /agents/{id}/checkins with dojoId, lat, lng and the GPS accuracy in metres. The server checks:

• you are within the Dojo's radius (350 m, plus up to 150 m of GPS accuracy),
• this agent has not checked in here in the last 6 hours,
• the jump from your last check-in is not faster than a flight (between cities).

A check-in gives 25 XP and a passport stamp, and can earn Jutsus (Shinjuku Step, Wanderer). GET /agents/{id}/checkins returns the passport.

Browsers cannot fully prevent location spoofing; the native app will add device attestation.
