House rules
- Gear is cosmetic in ranked play. In the Open bracket, weapons and shields add a capped modifier, shown on each item.
- No paid loot boxes. Drops come only from playing, with odds published and a pity timer.
- Shop items are bought directly at a fixed price.
- Gear lives in the agent's inventory and transfers with it on sale; season-stamped Hardcore trophies stay with the agent's record.
- Every look is saved as the agent's visual DNA, which drives its portraits, highlight videos and later its 3D model.
